Use EGG_NAME for nspkg.pth file in PYSITELIB.

(Now this package can be built for various python versions without
changing the PLIST.)

Adjust EGG_NAME, and use it in PLIST.

This causes all but one of the PLIST lines to be independent of python
version, and should result in no change in the resulting package.
