The MasterTickets trac plugin adds "blocks" and "blocked by" fields to
each ticket, enabling you to express dependencies between tickets. It
also provides a GraphvizPlugin-based dependency-graph feature for
those tickets having dependencies specified, allowing you to visually
understand the dependency tree. The dependency graph is viewable by
clicking 'depgraph' in the context (in the upper right corner) menu
when viewing a ticket that blocks or is blocked by another ticket.

Improve EGG_NAME default to work for packages with '-' in their name.
Remove now unnecessary overrides in various packages.

Fix various problems while here, including marking packages as not ready

Upstream has no NEWS, and didn't tag 3.03.  But the changes seem to be
bugfixes and removal of a long-not-used copy of jquery.

Upstream does not have NEWS or Changelog, but:

  add depgraph for roadmap
  lots of bug fixes
  in database, columns are 'integer not null', rather than text

This requires trac 0.12, but that's been in www/trac for a long time.
